The Competitive Advantages Of SMEs In Indonesia Based On Talent Development, Social Capital, Knowledge Management And Innovation
This study aims to analyze the effect of talent development, social capital, knowledge management on the competitive strategies of SMEs in Indonesia mediated by Innovation. Data collection uses the purposive random sampling technique. Primary data that have been collected are analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis techniques using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that knowledge management, talent development and social capital have a significant effect on innovation and competitive advantage. This finding implies that to win competition in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an empowerment model is needed that can improve the innovation skills of SMEs through knowledge management, developing their talents and also starting to utilize social capital that has been largely ignored.
