Formation of Communicative Skills in Children of Senior Preschool Age: Experience of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The urgency of the problem under study results from the provisions of the new state compulsory Standard of pre-school education and teaching in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the formation of communicative, cognitive, creative knowledge and skills that shall provide for the creation of equal start opportunities for teaching of preschool children in primary school (Standard, 2018).

The novelty of this research lies in the development and justification of organizational and pedagogical conditions that affect the effectiveness of the formation of communicative skills in children in the modern space of a preschool educational institution in the context of the updated content of education. The mechanism for the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions is based on identifying of the specifics of the formation of communicative skills in children of senior preschool age; development and justification of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative skills in children of senior preschool age; on approbation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative skills in children of senior preschool age in children's educational institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The results of the research confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed concept of the formation of communicative skills in preschool children. The developed and experimentally approved organizational and pedagogical conditions of the formation of communicative skills in children of the senior preschool age can become widely used in preschool educational institutions.
