PPS Certification as a Tool Of Personnel Management in Conditions of University Transformation

The importance of HR management in increasing the requirements to the level of qualification and responsibility of PPS is shown, the characteristic of HRM systems is given, their role in increasing the efficiency and performance of the organization is shown, the integrated IT solutions available in Kazakhstan for HRMS automation are analyzed, comparative analysis of existing and missing elements of HR practice in the Kazakh National Agrarian University is carried out, the results of certification of faculty are presented. Methods: literature analysis, comparative analysis, experiment. Results: study hypothesis confirmed, recommendations given.
