Pedagogical Conditions of the Ethnic Component and Value of Education of the Kazakh People in Content of University Education

This article deals with the question of pedagogical conditions for the formation of an ethnic component in the content of higher education. A synthetic review of the scientific literature on this problem is carried out, devoted to this problem, during which the contradictions are revealed, which indicates the relevance of the topic of this work.

The author reveals the content of the concepts of "ethnos" and "ethnic component" in parallel with the concept of L.N. Gumilev, stated in his theory of passionarity.

This article describes the peculiarities of the boy’s upbringing in the Kazakh tradition, the rules of his upbringing in the Kazakh family. The role and place of a man in the Kazakh tradition are determined on the material of the written Orkhon-Yenisei monuments, the fundamental work of Zh. Balasaguni, heroic eposes. The peculiarities of national education lie in the established principles of folk pedagogy. These principles are the basis of national customs and traditions of the people.

The author presents the results of an experiment conducted on the basis of two higher education institutions. In the course of this work, the levels of understanding by students of the significance of national values and their reflection in the actions of students are revealed. The article also presents the conditions necessary for the formation of national and ethnic values in students.
