Self-Management of Students in the Conditions of Vocational Training
This study is devoted to the problem of self-management development in conditions of their vocational training in the university. The high level of qualification of graduates of domestic universities depends on the created organizational-pedagogical conditions of optimization of educational and independent work of students. The group of technologies, called self-management, has a great potential for the development of management skills of educational and independent work in the daily life of students. Recently, the researches on the application of self-management technology in various sectors of activity are actively conducted. The technology of self-management in the educational institution is based on already known researches, in particular on general concepts of self-management, both foreign and domestic. At the same time, self-management in the educational organization has specific features. The research purpose is consisted in the scientific-theoretical substantiation of the role of self-management in the daily live of students; in the definition of the concept of self-management of students; in the description of its structure and content based on analysis of psychological-pedagogical literature. The scientific novelty of this work consists in the determination of self-management in the daily life of students in the conditions of vocational training in the higher educational institution as the integrated system o for managing themselves and their activities, including assessment of efficiency, technology, strategy and philosophy. The process of mastering self-management, managerial skills, managerial competence is the integral component of the general culture of the personality at the specialist of any specialty.
