Ethnic Component of Content of Pedagogical Education: Functional Possibilities and Expected Social Effect
The present article is devoted to the actual problem of determining the functional possibilities and social significance of the ethnic component of the content of education. The object of study of authors is ethnopedagogical training of future teachers in the pedagogical college. The purpose of the undertaken article is to identify what tasks to be carried out by the ethnic component of the content of education and to predict the socially significant results expected from its implementation. The reasons for including the ethnic component in the content of pedagogical education and the principles of its formation are considered, the role, importance and functional purpose of the ethnic component in the content of pedagogical education are determined. The representation of ethnic component in the structure of professional training of future teacher in the conditions of college is analyzed and the adequacy of ethnic component for the formation of polycultural personality of the future teacher is revealed on the example of the qualification curriculum 0111083 "Teacher of foreign language".
