Specific Features of Organizing Academic Mobility Among Kazakhstan Republic and Russian Federation Students During the Globalization Period

The purpose of this article is to identify factors that can positively affect the level of organization of academic mobility of students in Kazakhstan and Russia in the context of globalization, which takes into account the factors of globalization in relation to the process of academic mobility, including the quality of education, attitudes to participants and conditions for students to study in another state. All these parameters are analyzed from the point of view of psychological stability and educational element, which are compared at three levels: at the level of national educational institutions, at the level of international educational institutions and at the level of private educational institutions.
