The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education on business success and graduate recruitment. This study used the library research method with interpretative analysis. The initial search resulted in 9,388 articles, eight of which became the source of the analysis of this study. Although entrepreneurship education has accommodated the needs of entrepreneurs, practice in the field is still far from ideal, making it difficult for the recruitment process. This was also felt by self-employed or graduates that established their own business because many of the skills needed are not obtained from higher education. This study also discussed potential solutions to problems related to the quality of entrepreneurship education. The researchers proposed a number of suggestions for further studies.
