Undergraduate Teacher Training for Realisation of the Valeological Potential of Foreign Language Lesson in Primary School

Abstract

This study seeks to substantiate the need and to consider some aspects of undergraduate teacher training to realize the valeological potential of foreign language lessons in primary school.

The author analyses source books on different aspects of the problem under study, subject the foreign language lesson structure to critical consideration, examines foreign language teachers methods in health-preserving teaching primary schoolchildren, suggests her own practice used in training undergraduate teachers to realize the valeological potential of foreign language lessons in primary school.

The research results allowed the author, firstly, to formulate recommendations necessary in  health-preserving teaching younger schoolchildren, secondly, to consider putting into practice their own experience in training undergraduate teachers to realize this activity effectively.
