Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship between the ability to use social media, Technological Knowledge, Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) and Readiness of Teacher Candidates facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research is a correlational study using quantitative research designs. The data collection technique in this study was the survey technique. The used instrument in this study was a questionnaire that already valid and reliable. Analysis data in this research were descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment, Multiple Regression. There was a significant correlation between Social Media (SM) variable and Readiness of Teacher Candidates facing Industrial Revolution 4.0 (RIR) variable with significant contribution was 3.2%. There was a significant correlation between the Technological knowledge (TK) variable and the RIR variable with a significant contribution was 5.6%. There was a significant correlation between Content knowledge (CK) variable and RIR variable with significant contribution was 15.1%. There was a significant correlation between the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) variable and the RIR variable with a significant contribution was 7.9%. There was a significant correlation between the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) variable and the RIR variable with a significant contribution was 27.1%. SM, TK, CK, PCK, and TPACK gave a significant contribution to the RIR variable simultaneously was 32.2%.
