Analysis of Application Design of Balanced Scorecard Method in Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI
The focus of this study is to design a performance measurement system of Social Sciences and Management Institute, STIAMI, by using a balanced scorecard strategic maps approach. The researcher identified entities that encourage the application of a balanced scorecard strategic maps, identified entities that inhibit the implementation of a balanced scorecard strategic maps, and measured performance of Social Sciences and Management Institute, STIAMI, by using a balanced scorecard strategic maps. The result of the SWOT Balanced Scorecard analysis shows that the Customer Perspective gives a scored assessment of 30.1%. The internal process contributed a score of 25.8%. Learning and growth perspective provided a score of 30.6%. And financial perspective gives a contribution score of 28.8%. Therefore, the total score obtained from the STIAMI Institute is 115.2 percent.
