Abstract

The study aims to know the nature of the relationship between proactive leadership as an independent head variable and develop the creative performance of employees as a subordinate head variable, and the research was applied in the field in the Integrity Commission / Dhi Qar Investigation Office by using a descriptive questionnaire form prepared to include employees working in the direct field to fight corruption (investigators And the investigation) in the research office and the use of statistical tests and programs to reach the results of the research. The most important result is that the creative performance of workers in fighting corruption is more developed with a focused application of proactive leadership. The study suggested setting up specific criteria within the integrity assessment form for the purpose of identifying those who possess the characteristics of proactive leadership and improving and developing their performance as an important human resource and proactive leadership that qualify the organization to become a leader in the fight against corruption.
