On the Regulatory Support of Applied Pedagogical Bachelor Degree in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article discusses some problems of the implementation of applied pedagogical bachelor's degrees in the conditions of integration of higher and post-secondary pedagogical professional education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the development of the education system is a priority, as investment in education which is a key to the well-being of society as a whole. Education that constitutes a major investment into human capital, is also a key driver of economic growth. In an integrated dynamic global market place, education systems should continually improve and work to adapt to changing circumstances. In general, the goal of the Kazakhstan education system is defined as “increasing competitiveness of education and development of human capital through ensuring access to quality education for sustainable economic growth.”
